A good place for a night or two while exploring the area. The rooms are excellent, though the furniture is simple and not very comfortable.

The only good part was that they accepted our request for a price reduction because of the problems. The apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived, with toothpaste residue stuck to the tiles and door frames. The bedroom curtains weren’t blackout curtains, either. The dining table barely worked for four, and that was only because we had two children with us. A beam directly above and separating the table means four average-sized adults couldn’t sit there. We’d ordered bed linen for €14 per person and assumed the beds would be made at that price, but the linen wasn’t even in the accommodation. We had to collect it, along with the key, from another place at the other end of town. We only got check-out information after asking. The garden mentioned in the description was missing as well.

Apartment No. 4 is on the ground floor, with no stairs to get in. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the hall has a big wardrobe and mirror, with lots of room for shoes and jackets. The two bedrooms are small but adequate, carpeted, and each has a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. One bedroom and the kitchen open onto a balcony with a nice mountain view, a table, and four chairs under cover. The bathroom is basic and small, with a shower, and could use more storage. The separate toilet has no sink. The kitchen is a little dated but works fine: there’s a stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with a small freezer section, coffee maker, kettle, and just enough dishes and cutlery for a family, depending on how much you cook. You’ll need to bring things like dishcloths, a mop, and dish soap, though garbage bags were provided. There’s only one bin, so recycling isn’t possible. The small TV in the kitchen is basic, with no HD or smart features, but that didn’t bother me much. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Bed linen and towels are extra, and I found the price too high, though that’s for each person to decide.

You can load and unload right outside the front door, then park for free across the road. The Spar supermarket is a short, manageable walk away. The apartment complex is beautiful and well kept, close to both ski schools, with the Dorfbahn also an easy walk. It sits at the top of the anchor lift on the beginners’ slope, and a small path goes straight into the ski room downstairs, where there are heated boot racks.
