The building and design are impressive, with comfortable spaces, direct lift access, and great parking. Most of the staff were very nice and hardworking. Still, the hotel seemed to run inefficiently, and there was a lot of confusion. Check-in took a long time, our son's bed wasn't made, and staff came to make it while we were changing instead of at the agreed time. The champagne we ordered was forgotten. The restaurant was okay, but neither the selection nor the food quality stood out compared with other alpine hotels. The fondue at the Biberia was good. With prices this ambitious, the overall experience didn't feel like five stars, though the place has potential.

The spa was awesome, with lots of different saunas, and it’s a true ski-in, ski-out hotel. You can buy a lift pass at the front desk, and everything you need for skiing is nearby. We had a big room, a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and very friendly staff all around. The pillows weren't very comfortable, and the harsh overhead bathroom lighting made it hard to apply makeup. Breakfast and dinner each day were excellent with the half-board. The location was great, and I'd definitely stay here again.

We’re already looking forward to coming back. From the moment we arrived until we left, our stay at Berghotel Biberkopf was faultless. The staff were warm, friendly, and capable, the food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the spa was wonderful. Skiing each day was absolutely convenient.

The design and architecture are just right, and everything works well. The hotel is spotless, with care put into every detail, from the music to the cosmetics. The staff are carefully chosen and professional. I'd recommend it as the most beautiful hotel at the ski resort!

The service impressed us all the way from the front desk to the dining room, and the rooms were laid out well. We stayed nine nights on half-board, and each evening's dinner was superb, with no menu repeated during our stay. We also liked the ski room and lockers, which kept our skis, gloves, and boots warm and dry. It's ski-in, ski-out, with a lift from the ski locker to the gondola. We'd definitely return.
