You never provided evidence. The supposed proof was only a plastic wrapper from a bedsheet, which gives the accusation no credibility and was entirely unprofessional. You said you had never received negative reviews, but many other guests on Booking.com have described problems with your behavior and the poor quality of their stays. Those reviews point to a lack of professionalism and integrity. I suggest reading them before making that claim. You also said you called the police. What happened was that you contacted a friend who happens to be a police officer, and repeatedly threatened on site to have this friend come and “remove us.” That is an unethical and inappropriate use of a personal connection. You photographed us without our consent and tried to justify it as identity verification. This seriously infringes on our portrait and privacy rights and is questionable conduct. We reserve the right to take further action. The claim that our room looked as if it had hosted a “sex party” was completely baseless and extremely inappropriate.
