We only went to the restaurant for dinner. The menus were very tasty, with some typical Austrian dishes, and the portions were generous. The waitresses were attentive and the prices were good for what you get. The rooms and toilets were clean too. Book a table in advance!

A huge thank you to family Thurner and Team! Our family spent Christmas 2023 at this lovely hotel, and it was one of our most beautiful and unforgettable experiences. The team put on a wonderful Christmas Eve, with a cocktail reception, traditional carols after dinner, and homemade cookies and handmade soap for every guest. The cookies were delicious too. Dinner was at a very high culinary standard, with quality local ingredients and even fresh salmon. The restaurant and our table were decorated beautifully each day. The service was excellent, and the breakfast had everything we needed. The waitress and Mrs Thurner, who looked after the restaurant, made it feel special. Mrs Mum Thurner, perhaps in her 80s, runs the kitchen. She was the first there in the morning and the last to leave at night. She clearly loves her work, and it showed in every dish. She's an outstanding person and chef, and deserves a special thank you. Mrs Thurner at reception went out of her way to help with rooms and requests. She even arranged an electrical cable for our car through her brother. The customer service at Pitztaler Hof was fantastic. Our rooms were nice, and housekeeping did a great job. We slept well and had a stunning view into the Pitztal valley. A minibar might be useful, especially in summer. Our expectations were exceeded, and we can only recommend a visit. The food was very good, and the hotel was clean and really nice, with moderate prices. Its location works well for a motorcycle trip, whether you're stopping for one night or using it as a base for a few rides.

The four of us stayed for one night with breakfast. Our room was fairly big, and the beds and toilets were very clean. The beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was really good, with a beautiful view of the Alps. Even though we arrived late, the waitress was kind and brought hot chocolate for the kids and coffee for the adults without us asking. Definitely recommend.
