Apart Resort Westendorf

We especially enjoyed the spa, which was a real highlight, and the rooms were luxurious and comfortable for unwinding after skiing. Getting to the ski areas was easy thanks to the convenient location. From arrival, the reception team greeted us with so much warmth. Petra deserves a special thank you for being attentive to our needs and showing such care. The facilities and service made this a lovely ski holiday, and we’d warmly recommend the hotel to families.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the pools were warm and comfortable. The saunas had a relaxing atmosphere, with a pleasant scent and gentle music. Everywhere was very clean, and our room was tidied each day. The balcony views were astonishing, and the nearer one even had a woody smell. The interiors were nicely designed and had lots of light. We were surrounded by the Alps, and the free parking was plentiful. The kitchenette was incredibly well stocked, including a stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, and washing machine with detergent.

We booked the Junior Suite directly with the hotel, and they offered the lowest price for that room and half board. There was plenty of room for a family, even with two children. The heated pool and the sauna and spa area were clean, and both breakfast and dinner were fresh and delicious. There’s a direct shuttle to the nearby ski area, plus free parking. We’ve just returned to Germany, but we’re still dreaming of the Alps in Westendorf. We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday, and the hotel helped us arrange a surprise cake. Thank you!

Edit in the restaurant and Alex at the bar gave us exceptional service and really went out of their way to make the trip memorable. The town center and ski lift are both an easy ten-minute walk away. We had a fantastic stay at Apart Westendorf Hotel. The rooms felt spacious but cozy, a comfortable place to return to after skiing. We also loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the several saunas. Can't wait to come back next year!
