We've stayed here in both summer and winter, and Elfie and Othmar are always there for their guests. Thanks to them, the holidays are great. The location is central for getting out on trips, and in winter the ski bus stops right outside, so the car can stay parked. When snow reaches all the way down to the valley, experienced skiers can ski right up to the house.

We had a wonderful holiday and would love to return. The apartments were beautiful and clean, and Elfi and Otmar were such lovely hosts.

The owners were really friendly, and the apartment building is well maintained and family friendly. It's in an excellent spot for enjoying the Brixental valley and the whole Kitzbühel region on vacation. Highly recommended.
