The owners were so kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. We were thrilled with everything and would happily return. Breakfast was better than at any four- or five-star hotel, and there was free parking outside. The place is very clean and carefully maintained, with mosquito screens on the windows and balcony door. The apartments and double rooms are excellent, and the wellness area is a dream: three saunas, a relaxation room, a fitness room, and a great indoor pool. Five stars, top-notch!! 👍

We’ve returned for skiing year after year and are always glad to stay here. There’s parking, a heated room for ski storage, and only a short walk to the lift. The apartments have big balconies, and both they and the adjoining pool and sauna are spacious and exceptionally well cared for. The holiday apartments are incredibly well equipped, and the owners are very friendly. Highly recommended, 5 stars :)

Westendorf is a lovely base for days out. We spent the summer here as a family of two adults and two children, staying in a beautiful new apartment at Appartements Bergsonne. It was very clean, fully equipped, and had an outdoor terrace. Markus, Barbara, and their daughter were around every day and made us feel welcome. The children could play with the pool toys, and outside there was a trampoline and a swing frame where you can hang whatever you like. We also appreciated the bread roll service. The apartment was cleaned again midweek, with fresh towels provided.

I accepted the apartment within five minutes of getting an email saying it was available, but then heard nothing, despite calling and emailing again. Yesterday a cancellation notice arrived, supposedly dated September 20th, though I never received it then. I don’t understand how someone else was able to book it after I replied so quickly. I’d also canceled other bookings because of this, and now that’s all lost. Very disappointing.

The hosts made us feel incredibly welcome, and the location was fantastic. Everything was spotless. We were so satisfied, it’s hard to imagine anything being better.
