We stayed in appartement 2 as a family for a week and paid almost 4.5k, expecting an exceptional experience. The apartment is in a large space in a central location in westendorf, which may suit people who want that, but we did not find the cosy tirol style accommodation we expected. We also had mixed feelings about alpresorts dorfstrasse 149 last year. What made this stay especially disappointing was that the apartment never had a properly functioning central heating system, and the owners offered no reimbursement or structural repair. On the first of our seven days, we found that the central heating wasn't working in the living room, dining room, and kitchen, a space of over 60m2. After several complaints, an electric heater was put there on day three as a temporary fix. The bedroom heating was bypassed at the same time, we were told, so it could no longer be controlled centrally. The floor heating made the rooms too hot, though we preferred that to being cold, so we slept with the bedroom windows open. There were other things I expected to be better for this price. The living room had just one uncomfortable couch and no separate chair, unlike what appears in the generic photos. It's a two-bedroom apartment with six dining chairs, but I'm not sure four adults could fit on that couch. The rooms also felt bare, with little effort to make them cosy. The water cooker and coffee machine seemed like small, basic camping gear. In the main bathroom, there was only one rack by the sink and no hangers for bathrobes or other towels. The sink faucet was too short to fit my hands under, and the soap dispenser was outside the shower, so I couldn't see how to use it while showering. The ski depot is in the garage cellar, with no easy way out except through the main building, across the nice carpet and into the elevator. There seemed to be another planned exit through the garage, but its door hinge was missing. Walking up via the garage exit also felt dangerous because it was slippery.

The underground parking is tight, and I would have liked a larger TV, but the apartment was well done and I'd stay again. I was there for a ski vacation at Chalet 104. Since it's an apartment rather than a hotel, I knew there wouldn't be services and that was fine. The unit was very clean and nicely equipped, with a full kitchen, large bathroom, and pleasant bedroom. It's nice rather than luxurious. Being at the base of the slopes means the lift is about a four-minute walk away. The shower had great pressure and was boiling hot.

We felt at ease right away and enjoyed every minute. The quiet, fresh air, and mountain views make it easy to switch off and recharge. The scenery took our breath away as soon as we arrived. A dreamy place for anyone wanting nature, relaxation, and a special atmosphere. We're already looking forward to coming back!

The only small drawback for us was the lack of air conditioning, which would be nice on very hot summer days. Beyond that, this apartment was a real gem, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it for its comfort, service, location, and facilities. Shopping is within easy walking distance, including a Spar supermarket. The windows are well insulated, so outside noise didn't get in and we slept and relaxed well. The modern, high-quality furnishings were tasteful, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. We especially appreciated the storage room in the underground garage with charging facilities for bicycles, a big plus for e-bikers. Golf, hiking, cycling, and tennis are all easily accessible. Service was exceptional too, with prompt, friendly, capable help with every request and question that made us feel welcome straight away.

Great service, and a lovely place to start biking or hiking tours from. It's central in the village but still quiet, with beautiful interiors and very stylish furnishings.
