Chalet Rabl

We spent a week here in summer 2016, with seven adults and two children. The house was big enough, but we had a long list of problems and definitely won’t book it again. There wasn’t enough cutlery or crockery for nine people, even though the house is meant to sleep ten. The kitchen had just one capsule coffee machine, which made breakfast coffee for seven adults unreasonable, so we bought a filter machine ourselves. The listing said there was a grill, but we couldn’t find one, and had to buy one too. In the downstairs bedroom, the curtain rail was fastened to the wall with only a screwdriver. Lots of lamps and bulbs didn’t work, and the kitchen window handle was broken. There wasn’t enough outdoor seating on the balcony, and the whole property was generally a mess. The location was a disaster for us, with a busy railway line behind the house and a busy main road in front. We were supposed to separate the rubbish for collection, but it wasn’t picked up once during the week. With nine people, you can imagine how much built up. I uploaded photos of everything and sent all these details to TUI. I don’t know whether anything has improved since then.
