Haus Zuhag

The location and facilities seemed ideal, and we were comfortable on the first day. But it was unusually cold for early August, and the apartment was cold too, with the living room and kitchen thermostat showing 18 degrees Celsius. We switched on the heating, then found a note from the landlord on the thermostat that said, "The heating is controlled exclusively by the landlord!" We were left freezing, and our seven-year-old daughter came down with bronchitis.

On arrival, the owner gives you the Wild Schönau Card, which covers bus rides, lifts, the swimming pool, and a museum. The owners were very friendly and provided 100% service. The apartment was very clean and complete, absolutely top-notch. We rate both Wildschönau and the Winzen family at the HAUS ZUHAG holiday apartment a 10.

We felt very comfortable in the Winzen family's lovely apartment. It's thoughtfully put together down to the smallest detail, spotlessly clean, cozy, and furnished with care. Especially good for families with children, and the Alpbachtal ski area is unbeatable nearby in winter. We'd recommend it to everyone.

We loved the holiday home, with its view over the cable car and ski slope. It was well equipped and lovely and warm after skiing. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
