The staff were so friendly, especially the nicest guy we met on our trip, who made us feel at home. The bar downstairs has a good range of beers, and there’s a bar on the first floor. Our room was really spacious and had a kitchen. Breakfast is made individually. It’s a cozy little town with nice mountains nearby, and there’s a children’s adventure park in the backyard. We also got a free Wildschönau Card for tourist attractions. We used it to go up the mountain, which would otherwise have cost us 15 euros each.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. They even came to our rescue by moving us to a bigger apartment. We recommend the place in every way.

I can’t imagine a hotel in this region being worse. It was dirty and loud, and to me it wasn’t worth even 1€ a night. Our room was right above the restaurant, where the music was so loud we couldn’t rest or even hear our own thoughts. Nobody deserves to stay here. Absolutely ridiculous!
