The location is quite nice, but I had a poor experience with the food and service. Dinner was very cheap, with only three or four potato croquettes each, while drinks cost more than at high-end luxury hotels. At breakfast, the bread was nice if you got there early, and the coffee machine was good, but some food was going bad. A fruit yoghurt I tried tasted alcoholic, as if it was far past its expiry date. The service was quite rude, with staff losing their temper at people. I saw several guests walk out, which I’d never seen happen at a hotel before. Some of the more junior staff were nice, though. The beds weren’t comfortable, the pillows had sharp feathers sticking out, and there was no shampoo.

We stopped here for one night before travelling the next day, and it was adequate for that. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were very flat, and the shower was broken. It wasn’t luxurious, and we wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay. Breakfast was fine.

There’s a nice little balcony with a great view if you want to sit outside, and the rooms are small but quite big enough. The beds are roomy with OK mattresses, and the shower can be adjusted from very hot to cold. It’s a decent place if you’re watching your budget. Breakfast has a reasonably good selection, while dinner is simple rather than special, but tasty and cheap.

A clean, friendly place that worked perfectly for our overnight stop on the way to our ski lodge. The staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast were good, with plenty to eat. The hotel itself is a little outdated.

A few holiday days in beautiful Austria felt like stepping into an old movie, with wifi and a swimming pool as added comforts. The staff were friendly, and the kegelbahn was great. Breakfast was delicious, as was the schnitzel.
