We left with our things even though we had nowhere to go, because the woman running the place was so rude that my kids got scared. They were only 2 and 4, and we'd arrived after a long drive. We had called ahead to check that rooms were available, especially since the place was a big detour from our route. Once we got there late at night, they changed the price and everything they'd told us on the phone. It felt like they took advantage of us having no other option with small kids. I wouldn't want anyone else treated that way, especially families with young children. Be aware.

We arrived late, but they made dinner for us on request, which gave the stay a personal touch. The food was delicious, and breakfast was great too. Our short stay at the Wally hotel was really enjoyable, with a cozy, clean atmosphere. It made for a memorable and comfortable visit. Highly recommend.

We'd definitely like to come back. The apartment had everything we needed, with a beautiful view, and the location was perfect for trips around the area. Staff were really friendly and helpful with any request, and the restaurant food was delicious. We had the best time here.

The biggest reason we felt so at ease was Irina and her colleague. They were always warm and helpful when we needed something, without ever being intrusive. The two of them worked together wonderfully. We spent eleven days here in early August 2025, and the rooms were cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The view from our apartment and the restaurant terrace was breathtaking, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. If we come back to Tyrol, we'll definitely stay with Irina and her lovely colleague again. 😊
