Apartment house near the lake

The service was friendly, and the location worked well for us, about a 10-minute walk to the CityXPress. The ski storage room was available and did its job. We stayed three nights in the Otilia apartment. The furnishings were functional but old, with some things already broken. When we arrived, there was only one towel and no spare bed sheet despite having booked for several people. To be fair, someone brought the missing items over. For the price, I think there are probably better options. There's a project concept displayed outside, and it seems the apartment and nearby buildings may soon be demolished for a new residential project. It gave us the impression that they're just trying to get one last season out of the place without investing in it.
