We booked a room for September back in January. When we tried to contact them, no one replied to our emails or answered our calls. Online check-in didn’t work either. They’d received the reservation but seemed to do nothing about it, so we had to cancel and book somewhere else.

The hotel was just okay, nothing special. The furniture is a little dated, and reception is at a different location, though the service there is good. I’d suggest keeping the windows closed so insects or spiders don’t get in.

We stayed for 4 nights. The landlords were very friendly, and the place was very clean with new furnishings. The ski bus stops practically right outside the door, and there’s a connecting path that lets you ski straight from the slopes to the house. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice and clean. Its only drawback is the lack of an elevator, and the building has 3 floors.
