Appartement Annabella

The apartment was quiet but centrally located. The lake is only a few hundred meters away, and the center of Zell am See is under a 10-minute bike ride along the lakeside promenade. The owners were very helpful and incredibly friendly, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent. We stayed for two weeks in the lower of the two apartments with two families. It suited six people perfectly, with three equally sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. It's modern and very well equipped. We'd love to come back.

The ski bus stops right next door in winter and gets you to the Areitbahn cable car in three minutes, from where you can go up to Schmittenhöhe. On foot, there's plenty nearby: a nature reserve for scenic walks, indoor and outdoor tennis, mini-golf, a riding stable, town center, Lake Zell and its outdoor pools, plus restaurants. The property is right on the Tauern Cycle Path, and the golf course, one of Austria's most beautiful with 36 holes, is a three-minute drive away. Annabella's family-run holiday apartments are in a sunny, quiet, central spot in Schüttdorf on the southern shore of Lake Zell. Senden-Zell am See town center is a ten-minute walk along the lakeside promenade, with a bus stop nearby if the weather isn't suitable for walking. Free parking is available for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.

We were really pleased with our time in this house, right next to a lovely lake. It's comfortable, clean, and pleasant, with everything you need. There are three bedrooms, two showers, two toilets, and a huge kitchen-dining room with a great sofa. You can step out to a patio with beautiful green grass. Wonderful place and hosts!!!

The hosts are so welcoming, kind, and friendly. They even drop by now and then with a schnapps to see how everything's going. The apartment has underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and room for six. There's a terrace with a lawn, and you can use the family's barbecue area if you ask. It's in the family's rear building with its own entrance and a PIN code, in a 30 km/h zone. A bakery that's open on Sundays is six minutes away on foot. The lake takes ten minutes to reach, while the Grand Hotel and town center are a 15-20 minute walk along the lakeside promenade. The beds and mattresses are good quality and made for tall people, so we slept really well. Truly beautiful, highly recommended!
