We could walk to the town center in about 15 minutes, and the ski center was roughly 10 minutes away on foot. That was manageable even for the kids with their equipment. The villa also has parking and a ski room, and our spacious rooms had everything we needed for a family stay. The balcony was a lovely spot for coffee in the morning or a drink later on, with views of Zell am See and the lake that were just as striking at night. The villa is beautiful and very well placed. Astrid was friendly and helpful from booking through the end of our stay. Afterward, she patiently helped us through several rounds of invoice changes, and she even helped arrange our next vacation there. We really appreciated that. We loved our stay and thought it was worth every penny. If it's available for your dates, I'd book it. Thanks again, Astrid! 🙂

The apartment was spotless, with comfortable beds and a wonderful shower. It isn't very large, but there's good storage and everything we needed. Astrid and her mother were so helpful and friendly. We loved the views over Zell am See, and it was an easy walk to the town center and ski lift along a nice path. We had a great time! Kind regards, Maarten and Meike

That view over the town and lake was breathtaking. We also found the apartment modern and impeccably clean, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. We spent two weeks here with our children, aged 2 and 4, and enjoyed every day. We'd love to return!

The apartment was cozy, clean, and well equipped. We felt at home and didn't find ourselves lacking anything. The owner was warm, accommodating, and did her best to make our stay pleasant. We spent 10 days at the Sonnenheim apartment building, and the balcony view was fantastic. The location is hard to beat. I'd happily recommend it, and we'll definitely come back.
