We spent four nights here on a ski trip. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and there’s ski storage. The owner, Manuela, was very helpful. Aerit express lift is within walking distance, while Maiskogel ski lift is a 12-minute bus ride away. Bus 660 goes both ways, to the ski lifts and to Zell am See’s main train station; Brukbergweg golfplatz is the stop near the property. A taxi from the station costs about 13 euros, and Hofer (Aldi) superstore is a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended for families and ski lovers.

The owner was friendly, and the mountain view was brilliant. We stayed for a week on a ski trip. The apartment is officially for up to four people, but that only seems workable if they’re very good friends who don’t need much privacy. For the two of us, it was fine.

We cancelled our stay, but the owner wouldn’t give us a full refund. The apartment was dreadful, noisy and extremely small, with a third bed crammed into the bedroom and a broken fridge. A squeaking train at the stop right outside the bedroom window and trucks on the busy bypass on the other side made constant noise.

The host’s goats are adorable, and the view is beautiful. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with the ski lift and golf place about equally far away, roughly a 10-minute walk.
