We were so glad we picked Landhaus Marlies. The host and her daughter welcomed us warmly and checked in every day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. They understood what we liked and suggested plenty of good places to visit and things to do. Our room was nice and cozy, and we really enjoyed the five days there. It made a positive difference to our stay in Zell am See!!❤️

We got more than I expected for what we paid. The breakfast was really nice and homemade, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and pretty, with balconies. There's also a sauna and pool, and you can ask for a zell am see kaprun card. Martina was so caring, answered all our questions with a smile, and fixed every problem we had. It’s a family business, and the whole family was lovely. Their daughter even gave us a present when we checked out. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was okay, and they can make eggs when you ask. There are only a small number of nice apartments. The walk up from the town center is quite long.

The atmosphere felt adventurous, and the little wellness area was cute and refreshing. The view is wonderful, and the staff are friendly. It's a nice place for families and a great spot in both summer and winter. Landhaus Marlies in Zell am See is lovely.
