We had a good-sized room for two, and adding our own sauna made it a lovely place to unwind after being out all day. The receptionist was sweet and helpful, and the view over the lake and old town is gorgeous. The hill up to the hotel is pretty steep. We visited in the off-season and would absolutely stay again.

The reception team really made the stay, especially Nikola, who was professional and helpful throughout. Hotel manager Mr. Christian also took personal care of my situation: he visited several post offices and kept in direct contact with me to make sure my passport was sent safely. I’m very grateful for his dedication and genuine concern. The hotel was very clean, breakfast had lots of variety, and the location and view were both excellent. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

The staff were polite and friendly, and I loved having the sauna to relax in. Breakfast was great too. The apartment felt modern, had all the facilities, and was a beautiful place to stay. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Kaprun or the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was lovely, the view was great, and the staff were very friendly. One odd thing was the private sauna’s 9 pm closing time. We booked it partly so we could use it on our own schedule, unlike a regular sauna with set hours, so that felt a bit limiting.
