The room was basic but comfortable, and the price was very affordable. What really surprised me was the owner’s friendliness and the breakfast. It was easily one of the best three breakfasts I’ve been served, better than many at five-star hotels. I even had to ask if the owner had trained as a chef.

The rooms were nice, the service was good, and breakfast was amazing. I’d recommend staying here to everyone!

It’s a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature, and the place was wonderfully clean. The staff were helpful and let us leave our luggage before check-in. The lake isn’t far, and there’s a bus stop about a 3-4 minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location worked really well, between Zell am See and Kaprun, with the train station only a two-minute walk away and the bus station four minutes away. We had a nice stay, the host was very welcoming, and breakfast had plenty of variety.

You come to a hotel to rest and sleep, but something like a damaged ventilator in the next room kept running constantly and made that impossible. I wouldn’t recommend it.
