The lakefront location is amazing, and the apartment is a good size for families. Some things could be better: the rooms felt small, there were no locks inside, and the pillows weren’t comfortable. The air conditioner was there, but it felt like it wasn’t doing anything. For the price, I expected more amenities and services. The cleaning worker was very unfriendly.

The view is the only thing I liked about this apartment. It gets extremely hot, and only the fan seemed to work. There were insects and spiders around the balcony, and they charged us for everything, including an exaggerated tax fee. We were charged for parking even though we had no car, plus cleaning fees despite nobody cleaning the place. It felt like there were fines for everything. Getting the keys meant going all the way to Kaprun. There’s no reception or staff at the property. The area is also inconvenient on foot: everything is at least a 15-minute walk away, and there’s just one small grocery store nearby.

I loved our stay. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed. It’s very new, with direct access to the lake, and the shower was amazing. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. Highly recommend!

We paid €700 for one night without breakfast, and the value just wasn’t there. Although our room was tidy, we never got our €300 security deposit back, and a lawsuit is ongoing. There was no trained reception, and no staff available who spoke English or German at a professional level. The spa didn’t have towels or bathrobes either. The location was good, but it didn’t make up for the unengaged staff or what we experienced as fraud. I can’t recommend staying here, and I wouldn’t come back.
