We only booked one night and ended up wishing we had more time. The room was cozy, and everyone on staff was so friendly. Dinner and breakfast were both great. The hotel is right in central Zell am See, and we took one of its free e-bikes around the lake, which was perfect.

The food was great, the staff lovely, and the location incredible. Prices felt reasonable for the area and time of year. We were given a double bed instead of twin beds, but that was my only complaint.

We were delighted with our last-minute choice after the bad weather changed our plans. The staff welcomed us warmly even though we arrived early, and we got an upgrade. Our cozy room had both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel is right in the city center, and we really enjoyed the sauna, wellness area, and pool. We skipped breakfast and lunch, but dinner was delicious and very pleasant, with the musical entertainment I’d hoped for on an Austrian holiday. Thank you to the whole team at Hotel Romantik for making the vacation so special for my husband and me.

The 4pm cake each day was such a treat, and after exploring, a visit to the spa was just what we needed. We stayed for a week with Inghams, and from check-in to departure the staff were helpful and pleasant, always happy to assist and clearly cared about the guests. Our room was large and clean, and the food was excellent. The hotel is very central, with easy access to local transport. We could borrow bikes, and the Summer Card let us visit so many places. It’s a special place, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you all for making our stay so good.
