Seilergasse Apartments - TOP 5

It was a horrible experience and a huge letdown for our family of 7. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. Its location may be the only plus, but the property is in very poor shape. There was no lift, so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. The apartment smelled bad. It looked as though a washing or storage area had been turned into a room: the bed was beside a water connector outlet, and when I raised this, I was told to cover it with a cloth. A large water heater was openly visible in the room outside the bathroom entrance. I understand this is a 3 star property, but having water connectors next to a bed and a water heater in full view is still hard to accept. Neither bathroom had proper exhaust, so the smell lingered for a long time after use. A pipe leaked and flooded the floor. It was only fixed after 24 hours, and even then water kept leaking. The shower areas in both bathrooms were so small that you could barely turn around, and broken furniture was left in the bathroom. The guest parking behind the apartment was open and very tight. Some spaces were reserved for the restaurant underneath, but restaurant visitors and neighboring guests parked freely in the spaces meant for residents.
