We loved the Executive View Suite. It was spacious, nicely designed, and had a stunning view. Anastasia, the owner, welcomed us and gave us a personal tour, explaining the different areas. Alex was friendly and helpful too, with local suggestions that made our trip more enjoyable. Chef Mara made us a wonderful breakfast and dinner. Everyone helped make the stay warm and memorable. We'd happily recommend this place, and you feel very welcome.

The lake view is out of this world, and the rooms are modern and thoughtfully designed. Everyone working there was lovely, kind, and helpful. They also provide the Kaprun summer Card, which can save you a lot on nearby activities.

The suites are modern, the view is perfect, and the staff are both friendly and professional. Best hotel in the region. Highly recommend.

Alex and marra were friendly, professional, and had a good attitude. Breakfast was perfect, and the service was great. The location worked well, with a 10 to 15 minute walk to the center. There was parking, and a Shattaf was available.

The room was comfortable and the location was great, but the service was disappointing. We came down for breakfast at 10:00 AM and finished around 10:40 AM. Although breakfast ran until 11:00 AM, the kitchen was already closed when we asked for coffee. That felt unwelcoming and inflexible. There were no free water bottles in the room either, and we were charged extra for the one in the fridge. At 343 Euro per night, I expected more attention and better service. I liked the room and location, but the experience makes me unlikely to return.
