The fireplace made the chalet feel cosy after a day of skiing, and there was plenty of room in this large place. We didn't manage to use the outdoor hot tub, since it took ages to heat. Maybe we hadn't added enough wood, though I'm not sure. The kitchen didn't come with spices, oil, or other basic cooking supplies, so we had to buy those ourselves, and there was no hand soap either. Still, it was a nice place to relax.

We had a great stay, and the outdoor wood-heated jacuzzi was especially nice after skiing. The chalet was well equipped, with a flat-screen TV, stereo, indoor fireplace, balcony, and terrace, along with everything else we needed. The ski bus was the drawback: it only runs this way once an hour and doesn't start until 8:30 in the morning. That meant reaching Kaprun Gletscher at 9:30 at the earliest, much too late for people keen to ski early.
