We arrived to find the accommodation unclean and without bed linen. The listing photos also don't reflect the actual property, which looks like a new apartment block with regular tenants; about two-thirds of the apartments are offered as vacation rentals. We were told we could get a refund only if we left a review of at least 8 stars. We refused, since extortion isn't our style. Very disappointing, and this isn't customer service. We have photos and a WhatsApp status available. Booking.com has been notified, and we'll take further steps. We're open to a compromise.
