We had a fantastic week here, and the room was spacious. Staff were warm and friendly whenever we came back. When we arrived, one of them hurried out to help with our luggage, which was a thoughtful welcome. Around 6am one morning, I needed something the hotel didn't have, and a staff member kindly offered over the phone to buy it and bring it to my room. We declined and ended up leaving in a hurry, but I really appreciated the offer. The location is great, and I'll definitely book again.

The location worked really well, close to the tram, Rundle Mall, and Chinatown, and I'd happily stay again. I liked having refillable water stations on every level, and the indoor pool was a relaxing bonus. The rooms were clean and nice, and staff were friendly and attentive; check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. Breakfast had a smaller spread, though everything was fresh.

Penny Blue's breakfast was satisfying and had plenty of different foods to choose from. After a day of walking around the city, the comfortable bed was especially welcome. The room was clean and fresh smelling, with ample body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It was well furnished, with seating, a fairly large TV, and a two-way wardrobe that made it easy to put clothes away before going into the shower room. A water dispenser near the room meant we could fill the jug provided in the room easily. At arrival, reception welcomed us, checked us in quickly, explained self-parking and the breakfast package clearly, and our bags were brought up while we parked in the designated area. A pleasant, relaxing stay. We'll definitely return.

The breakfast spread and evening refreshments in the lounge were enjoyable, and the pool was long enough for laps. The gym also had a good range of weights and cardio machines. Rooms felt very new and clean, with luxe finishes, and I think many surfaces were marble. A few housekeeping things were missed, but they sorted those out quickly. From the driveway through check-in and during regular stays, the staff have been attentive, friendly, efficient, and helpful. The location is central.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. When my husband had a sudden, serious medical emergency during our stay, Aaron stayed calm and supportive while we called an ambulance. Manager Philip was understanding and helpful too. They extended my checkout and made an exception to charge me only for the night I stayed, since I had to end my trip early. I'm very grateful for the team's compassion and professionalism. Highly recommend.
