The apartment was clean, had everything the three of us needed, and the owner was helpful and easy to deal with. Great amenities too: an indoor pool with a view, gym room, spa and sauna, golf simulator, cinema room, library, rooftop bbq entertainment area, communal kitchen and secure parking. The IGA supermarket is right out the front. 9/10, definitely coming back.

Ian, the manager, was contactable and accommodating the whole time, with second to none customer service. We’d definitely stay again. We spent 2 nights in the Sturt Street townhouse. It’s central to CBD and an easy walk, and the townhouse had everything we needed, including fast, usable wifi!

Good beds made for a comfortable night’s sleep. The apartments are clean, affordable and well located in Adelaide, close to Central market and the Free Tram to Rundle Mall shopping and Casino. They’d suit singles, couples or a family, for a short stay or a longer one.

Great communication, clean appartments and a great location. Booking was easy and saved us over the easter weekend after another provider had double booked.

The room looked nice at first, but the kitchen was well worn when I switched on the light. The bed was so worn, with springs digging into my back, that I’ve slept in a swag more comfortably. Curtains let in the alley lights, and I could clearly hear the neighbors talking. There was no suitable parking available, so I was charged $46 for parking in the local park. What parking there was wouldn’t fit a normal car anyway. I paid $206 online, then was told on arrival it was policy to charge another $300 deposit in case I did a runner. I reluctantly paid by credit card and am still waiting for the refund. When I called, they said it could take 21 days because of the bank, but I phoned the bank and that wasn’t the issue. Why so long? All in all, it cost just under $600 for one very average night’s sleep and a headache trying to get my deposit back. Not recommended.
