I've been here three times with friends, and every visit has been such a fantastic time. The staff are really friendly, the atmosphere is incredible, and if you get the chance to hear the live music, you won't be disappointed.

The cottage was lovely for getting ready, and it gave us a quiet place to retreat to afterward. We wanted a relaxed setting with the feel of a backyard wedding, and Barn1890 was just right. Guests kept telling us how beautiful it looked and how intimate but laid-back it felt. Lee helped us through every step and made sure everything ran smoothly before and during our December wedding. We could just enjoy the day without worrying. Highly recommend!

The different areas at Barn 1890 gave our friends and family room to mingle while keeping the day personal and intimate. Having the cottage right there also made everything much easier for me. We got so many compliments about the atmosphere. Lee was positive and relaxed throughout the process, and the staff were just as great on the day. We got married here in April and thought it was the perfect venue. Since it hosts music and other events in the warmer months, we can come back any time.

The Barn and its surroundings made a stunning backdrop, and our guests were blown away. Lee made us feel welcome the whole way through, and no request was too big or too small. She planned everything so carefully and was easy to talk to. We had the most magical night of our lives at our wedding on 28.03.2026. Thank you, Lee, and the whole team. We’re leaving with full hearts, Jimmy & Grace (and Lola) x

Barn 1890 sits among the lovely vineyards of Aldinga. We enjoyed the local wines and the food from Evi's Grecian Delights, with live music to listen to or dance along to if you’re in the mood 🎶 😌
