The bed was clearly still dirty when I checked the sheet. I could feel dust and sand as soon as I got in, and realized the sheet hadn’t been changed. It seemed like they had reused it from the previous guest, which was really disappointing.
The young adults staying upstairs played loud music and made noise and had friends over partying through the night. I was visiting friends on the second floor for a couple of days. Tonight I went to level 3, with the lift door open on the right, and yelled for them to stop. I feel sorry for the people living next to the youth. People need to work, too. By the way, the front glass is still out of order, and so is the intercom.
The smoke detector is in a terrible spot and goes off every week. I haven’t been able to use the oven for almost a year.
The Agent in APM gave me inaccurate information, which made for poor service and left me wasting time preparing all the documents.
Really disappointing experience with the customer service. It was very poor.
