Jackie was helpful before, during and after our stay. She gave us ideas for what to see around the island, let us know we could check out later because the cleaner wasn’t due until 12, and was friendly when I messaged after the visit to ask about her linen and table. The house is right across from the beach, cosy and thoughtfully set up, with plenty of room for my folks in the two-bedroom place. The toiletries, linen, breakfast supplies, cooking gear and pantry were all appreciated, especially the olive oil and herbs when we wanted to cook scallops or bacon and eggs. Jackie even left sandwich bags for food on the go. We spent a night here and would definitely stay again.

Adventure Bay Holiday Home had pretty much everything we needed for a week. The hosts have thought of so many useful things, and it’s fully self-contained. It was clean, neat and tidy, with a perfect location: a short walk to the beach and close to Two Tree Point for photography. The local shop is only a short drive away for supplies or fuel. 10/10, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bruny Island.

The owners really went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They even brought us a replacement fridge on Xmas day. The place was neat, tidy, comfy and cosy, and the location made it a short drive to great attractions and local producers. Highly recommend staying here.

There were only two of us, but the home had everything we could have wanted and would also suit a family. It’s welcoming, very clean and tidy, with lots of space, a secure yard and all sorts of little extras that were a lovely bonus.
