The staff really stood out. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming and ready to help, and made us feel looked after from check-in to checkout. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. It wasn’t fancy, but it had everything we needed for a short stay. A pleasant visit.

It was so disgusting that we wouldn’t have stayed a minute longer than we had to. The place was the dirtiest and filthiest I’ve ever seen, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bed linen was filthy, there was hair in the bathroom and even an old contact lens stuck on the wall. I’m glad we only had to stay one night. The only good thing was being close to the wonderful beach at Agnes.

The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean. It’s a great holiday spot, with Agnes Water Beach very close by and restaurants and groceries about a five-minute walk away. My only reservation was the bed. It didn’t feel fully dry, though I’m not sure if that was because the place is so near the beach.

We accidentally booked one night on Booking.com instead of two. When the hotel called to ask where we were, the staff were extremely kind and offered us another night in the same room. It was our mistake, but they didn’t make it an inconvenience at all. Everyone was so helpful from the start, and you can tell the hotel is run by lovely people. The location is perfect, the price incredible, and we had a wonderful stay.

I’ve been coming here for three years and loved how friendly the old owners were. I don’t think the new owners know how to run holiday accommodation yet. On New Year’s Eve, at 9 o’clock at night, we were told to respect other people and couldn’t even get together with friends in the BBQ AREA for a few laughs.
