The location is absolutely perfect, and the beds and showers are good. The air conditioning worked fine too. But the access codes apparently aren't changed, so someone who stayed before could still get into your room if they remember the code. That doesn't feel safe.

A slightly unusual question: I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed. I had a look at the mattress topper’s brand, then completely forgot what it was. If anyone knows, could you tell me?

I spent three nights here in December with my in-laws. The living room air conditioning was broken, and when we called about getting it fixed, we got lies and unanswered calls. The couple next door had much the same experience. Stay elsewhere if you can. It feels like they count on guests being foreigners or living far away, so they won’t follow up after this awful service.

We hired the whole complex for a bucks party, and it was just right for our big group. I hadn’t been to Airlie before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the team were really helpful with the planning and understanding about the number of people. The location makes it easy to get around, right in the middle of everything. The huge deck is an amazing place to hang out, bigger than a lot of venues, and there was plenty of room for everyone in the large rooms. It suited what we needed perfectly.
