We found check-in easy, and the apartment was spotless. The cosy rooms blend modern touches with a nostalgic feel, and there's a nice pub an easy walk away. Spencer Suites in Albany made for a comfortable, charming stay, and we'd happily recommend it.

Air con is available, though a small fan to move the air around the room might be a nice extra. The place was clean and cosy, with a charming retro chic style and everything we needed for a short stay. It's close to amenities and a handy base for seeing Albany.

Right in the heart of Albany, with coffee and shops an easy walk away. The place is gorgeous and full of cosy charm, and the bed was comfortable. That electric blanket was welcome on cold Albany nights!

Our suite had a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and sitting room, with plenty of space. We spent three nights at Spencer Suits Albany, an easy walk from York Street. Spencer Suites dates back to the late 1880s, and they've kept its historic character while giving it a stylish renovation and a comfy bed. John and Lynette clearly know how to make guests feel comfortable and happy.

We stayed in suite 2 after spending a few weeks travelling in our camper around southern Australia, staying at parks and cabins. We hoped to treat ourselves, but wished we'd stayed at the vannparks. The room was cold and noisy from the street. The step down in the suite is awkward, and made getting to the toilet difficult in the middle of the night. The shampoo, conditioner, soap and other supplies hadn't been changed, and there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. For this price, the cleaning needs to be better. Owner, please address these issues instead of dismissing my review as fake, as you did in your reply.
