The water views at Kinsellas Water Views made for such a peaceful place to unwind in Albany. The home was spotless and roomy, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. It’s beautiful and good value too. We’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Albany.

The outdoor area was a highlight, with a fire, BBQ space and a spectacular view. Inside was clean, thoughtfully detailed and very comfortable, especially the bed, and the shower was fantastic. The hosts were welcoming and knew the area well, with great recommendations. It’s close to Albany CBD, and most bars and restaurants are within walking distance. A memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Our room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and the hosts even lit a wood fire for us in the evening. After a short walk into the city centre, it was a lovely way to finish the day. The views of the lake, river and mountains were beautiful. Thanks for having us.
