The undercover parking was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed a late swim in the pool. The shower was especially good, with plenty of pressure and really hot water. We drove from Sydney to Daylesford and spent one night at Elm Motel. The staff were friendly, the place was very clean, and the location worked well. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were provided. At $110 for the night, I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed five nights. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but there wasn’t any routine room cleaning or tidying during our stay. I would’ve liked the beds made and the room vacuumed at least once. They did clean it when we asked. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

The rooms were large and very clean, and it was easy to find and drive to the motel. Booking directly with the receptionist at Elm Court Motel was straightforward and got us a better deal than booking through booking dot com, wotif, and similar sites. The staff were friendly, and they supplied milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits/cookies. Good value for money.

Check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly. The room was plain, but clean and tidy, and the price was reasonable. It’s also not too far from the town centre.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the change in ownership or management is pretty clear. It’s a cheap motel, but the cleaning and upkeep aren’t at the standard they used to be. A real shame, though I guess this sort of thing isn’t new these days.
