Everything was provided, including linen and towels, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook. The house was lovely, spotlessly clean, and nicely presented.

We spent plenty of time relaxing on the verandah, watching the sunset with wine and cheese, and the beautiful view made it feel magical. Omaroo Cottage was spacious, peaceful, well equipped, and much better than we'd expected. Alonnah is a handy base for exploring South Bruny, and there's a beach and foreshore walking track within walking distance. We visited the lighthouse, Bruny Island Cheese, Bruny Island Honey, Bruny Island Chocolate, and Bruny Island Wines, among other places. Hotel Bruny is nearby for a delicious meal, and the General Store has great coffee. We'd happily stay at Omaroo again on our next trip to Bruny.

My wife and I spent two nights here on our honeymoon in Tassie. The cottage was lovely, tidy, and clean. It felt like finding a hidden gem on Bruny Island.

The beach is an easy walk away, and the cottage was a relaxing home away from home. It has two spacious bedrooms and stunning views. We had a great experience staying here.

We had a great stay. The renovations look fantastic, the view is lovely, and the facilities are excellent. Everything is close by.
