The bathroom was spacious, though a little bare and with few amenities. We found the motel clean and roomy, just right for a short stay, and shops were an easy walk away. Check-in was quick and efficient. Across the road there's a park with plenty of picnic tables, good for a stroll or some time outside. The famous fish and chips spot has moved to the row of shops just behind, less than a five-minute walk away. All in all, a good stay.

Everything in Apollo Bay was easy to reach on foot, including restaurants and the brewery. We even spotted a koala in a tree down the street! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise. Free parking was a great perk. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff are genuinely friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. The location is hard to beat too, right on the main strip across from the beach, with parking just outside the room. I’ve stayed here plenty of times. The rooms don’t all match in style, but they’re the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever come across. Five-star places around the world could learn a thing or two from how well this hotel is cleaned.

Everything in the room worked as it should, and we found it clean and roomy. Being right among the cafés, restaurants, and pubs made the location especially convenient. It suited us well for our two-night stay.

It’s on the quieter south end, so you’re a little removed from most of the traffic, while still being close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions.
