This has been the highlight of our road trip. Cameron was welcoming and informative, and the house is gorgeous, with large clean rooms, stunning views and comfortable beds. I wish we'd stayed another day or two. I'll definitely come back.

The queen bed was super comfortable, and the big, very clean room gave me a great night's sleep, even though I had to leave at 5:30 AM. I booked around lunchtime at the last minute for one night, then arrived late, at 10:30 pm, with clear instructions sent beforehand. What a lovely building, it reminded me of a British listed building. I hope I can visit again and have more time to enjoy it.

Cameron is a wonderful host and knows the area well. It's an easy walk to restaurants and bars, and there's a petrol station a block away for filling up before the next leg of your trip. A lovely old traditional house and a great place to stay in Armidale.

Lindsay house has loads of character, and after staying at several other places in Armidale on past visits, I'd absolutely recommend this unique spot. I was there for one night on the way to Brisbane. Cameron gave me a warm welcome, offered excellent dinner recommendations and had a delightful chat with me. The staff were wonderful too.
