Joel was very friendly and helpful, and his dinner suggestions were spot on. We stayed in the Ruby Suite at Lolomo House and were very happy with it. The suite was spacious and had lovely old-world charm. It's also within walking distance of everything we needed. We'd recommend it highly.

Rhonda was warm and helpful, while still giving us plenty of room to unwind. You can see how much care goes into the details at Loloma B&B. We returned for a second stay and again had a wonderful time, this time in the spotless Sapphire Room, decorated beautifully with thoughtful touches. The location is very convenient for exploring the area, and we're already looking forward to coming back.

Rhonda was an amazing host, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was super comfortable, and both the Ruby and Sapphire Suites were exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated. They had lovely touches that made us feel welcome, including L'Occitane toiletries, fluffy towels, chocolates by the bed, fast internet and a Smart TV with all the streaming channels you could want. My husband and I stayed in the Ruby Suite on 16th May 2024 while heading to the Gold Coast, then in the Sapphire Suite the following Sunday on our way home. I'd highly recommend it and would stay again.

Rhonda has done a wonderful job with Loloma Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the Sapphire Room and were blown away by its elegant presentation, which nods to the past while adding a modern twist. If you want privacy, this is the spot. Rhonda is warm and friendly, and made us feel part of the family. Her breakfasts are to die for. If you're ever in Armidale, stay here. We'll be back, Rhonda!

Rhonda's thoughtful attention to detail made our trip from Victoria to Queensland especially enjoyable. We had the beautiful Ruby Suite, with its own separate entrance and luxurious appointments throughout. Breakfast, served by Rhonda in the atrium, was superb. Loloma House is centrally located, with restaurants and cafes close by for dinner. Our stay was amazing, and we'd highly recommend it.
