Arno Bay Caravan Park

The beach is just a short walk away, with good fishing spots, the jetty, and a big chess board and checkers for kids of all ages. There’s lots to see around here. We’ve stayed many times and loved it every time, including this visit in a pet friendly cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed, and Steve was always ready to help. He’s constantly working around the park to keep it up. Saturday happy hour at 4pm was a great way to meet people, and Sunday’s pancake breakfast was lovely, just bring a plate and the rest is sorted. The shed and the public showers and toilets were very clean. It’s a lovely family friendly caravan park, worth visiting for a night, a weekend, or a holiday. We really enjoy relaxing here.

Being right by the beach was a lovely bonus. We brought our dog Ellee and stayed in a pet friendly cabin, which was clean and lovely. Steve, the owner, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time at the park.

The jetty and sea views were great, and the park was nicely priced. Steve, the owner, was friendly and helpful. When maintenance issues came up, they were dealt with promptly. We’d return.

Our site overlooked the bay, and the location was handy for the walkway and boardwalk, with town within walking distance. The amenities were very disappointing, though. The showers were dirty, with cobwebs, dead flies and spiders everywhere, and some were missing a shower rose. Many toilets were out of order, and others wouldn’t stop flushing. The taps on our site dripped constantly, and the power connection was dodgy.
