Sunset Holiday Villas

The location is good, but from our spot the powerlines down in front of the river spoil the view. Also expect plenty of noise from offroad ATV quad bikes. People rent houses along the same street, and they don't seem to care about others, especially at night. For me, that's a deal breaker.

This was our second stay at Sunset Holiday Villas. We tried the other cabin this time and were just as happy with it. It's warm and comfortable, with a lovely layout, nice decor, and a comfortable bed. Coffee and tea were provided, and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. It's well located too. We love staying in Arthur River because it's close to such amazing beaches!

We spent three nights here and found it so relaxing, we wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious, and well set up, with views over the Arthur River and out to the ocean. It's also a good spot for watching birds along the river edge. We'll return.

Clean and warm, with a self-contained setup and a washing machine. You can check the surf from the kitchen. No dramas with the price or payment. Edit: Looking back, I've upgraded to 5 stars because they got us in at the last minute!
