I felt safe travelling alone, and the staff were really friendly. My room was warm, spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and shower. The hotel is new and right in central Bairnsdale, an easy walk from Main st restaurants and cafes. Lock-up parking was handy at $10 a day. I’ll stay here again on my regular work trips to the area.

The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and having a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the room made things easy. There was plenty of parking too. Staff were so friendly, and it was a pleasure meeting the lovely lady owner. The location felt safe and worked well for exploring, with Lakes Entrance, Metung Hot Springs, scenic lookouts and good restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The apartment hotel is beautifully designed and run by a lovely family. It’s about a five-minute walk to the town centre and Grand Terminus Pub, with wineries and outdoor adventures around the area. We drove to Raymond Island in about 15 minutes and spent the day at the beach, with Koalas all over the place. Lakes Entrance is a 30-40 minute drive away. Can’t wait to return.

Cate greeted me and handled check-in, and she could be the nicest human ever. I was upgraded from a studio to an apartment with a separate bedroom, and loved the farm and water views. The apartment and kitchen were impeccably clean, with great cooking facilities, reliable wifi, comfortable furniture and a really comfy bed. The blinds did a good job blocking the morning light, and it was very quiet, with no noise from neighbouring rooms or hallway doors, unlike most motels. I was there for five nights and couldn’t be happier. Superb for work or a holiday, and I’ll definitely return.

A good place to break up a long drive. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, and I especially liked the full-sized fridge and freezer and the quality washer and separate dryer. The baby cot was modern and clean. Kitchen gear is a bit limited, though it has the basics. The accommodation is modern, clean, well maintained and well equipped, always a pleasure to stay in.
