The room itself was in a terrible state, and when we called management to report it, nobody answered. We left a detailed message asking for a call back and never heard anything. That says a lot about the service. We’re thinking about taking it to the ACCC after seeing how many other reviews mention the same problems. Don’t stay here. There was dust on the floors, mold in the shower, and a used soap stuck by the floor waste. The bathroom bin was full, a used towel still hung behind the door, and there was barely any toilet paper with no spare roll. The other bin had no liner. The fridge still had food in it and hadn’t been wiped down. We found only one mug, no coffee or milk, and a used glass outside on the balcony table. The fan was filthy and noisy, so we switched it off. The main air conditioner didn’t work properly, and a rag had been hung below it to catch dripping water. Both balcony doors were difficult to open and didn’t seem to sit right in their tracks. This place needs serious attention to cleaning and maintenance. The way the complaint was ignored was unacceptable.

We were in town for our daughter’s 40th birthday and stayed on the 4th of October. The area was lovely, but the room was a letdown. Even though we got an upgrade to a studio, the fan was thick with dust and the bathroom exhaust fan was filthy. I took photos. Hopefully they can get the cleaners to do the apartments properly 😪😪

We could walk straight to the beach, and the price was great. Inside, the two-bedroom apartment was modern, spacious, and absolutely stunning, despite the property looking a bit aged from outside. We wished we had more time there. Parking was competitive, and the main air conditioning didn’t work. They weren’t able to fix it during our stay. Apart from that, I’d highly recommend it. Thanks!

The location was perfect, and the apartments had everything we needed. They were a great size too, with super-comfy beds. Cleaning could have been better, though. The TVs were a bit small, and the remotes only worked for changing channels and adjusting the volume. Still, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

The manager was very accommodating, but said he was having trouble getting the body corporate to organise maintenance. It’s a shame, because the location is great and the place could be lovely again with some work. Our bed was comfortable, at least. I stayed one night with several other guests in different apartments, and all our rooms needed a proper clean. Management might want to check on the cleaners. The fridge, bathroom soap holders and oven need attention, and the screen doors don’t work.
