Barossa Gateway Motel

Elizabeth and Ki were amazing, and they looked after me and my group so well from beginning to end. Coming from overseas, I felt especially welcome. The property is clean, fresh, and well cared for, and the service feels personal. They really do go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. I’d absolutely recommend a stay here.

The mini goats were still babies, which was such a fun touch. Barossa Palms is close to cafes and cellar doors, yet tucked away enough to feel off the beaten track. I stayed for three nights and wished I’d had longer. Elizabeth, Ki, and the team put so much care into making sure guests have a good time. There are cozy beds and thoughtful room touches, plus a great area to unwind with a pool table, coffee lounge, reading nook, and gym. It had everything I needed for a relaxing Barossa Valley stay. I’m already planning another trip. Thanks for such a lovely visit.

I’ve stayed in both the spa room and the newly renovated rooms, and they’re lovely. The renovated ones feel bright and fresh, and the spa room was amazing. I’ve also had massages here that were great. Whenever I need anything, I just ask and the ladies go out of their way to help. They always greet me so warmly, and I love coming back to Barossa Palms for my getaways. I’ll keep returning for years. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

We felt comfortable returning to Barossa Palms, and this visit only strengthened our trust in the place and its service. Our room was comfortable, well kept, and as expected, while the property has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were polite and understanding, and handled any requests efficiently and with real care. Communication before arrival and during our stay was clear and professional. We had another pleasant visit, and we’ll keep recommending it to others. Looking forward to coming back.
