The cottage felt roomy and thoughtfully set up, and the fireplace and jacuzzi were highlights for me. I loved how quiet and relaxing the stay was. Lachlan was a great host, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Lachlan was so welcoming, and the continental breakfast was generous, with freshly baked bread. We slept well too, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The cottages are clean, homey, and clearly well maintained, with a lovely private back patio, views, and a jacuzzi. A great pick for a peaceful getaway.

There are plenty of things to do nearby, from visiting Yungaburra to swimming in the lakes or hiking. Back at Lachie’s cottage, we enjoyed the rainforest setting, the views and birds from the deck, and spacious, clean rooms with soft, comfortable beds. The place is beautifully looked after, a real oasis. You’d have to be hard to please to find fault.

We had a beautiful breakfast with fresh bread, a fruit platter, and more, and the sunset was amazing. It’s a lovely place to stay in and chill, with other places of interest close by if you feel like exploring. This place is awesome, we loved it.

A relaxing rainforest retreat, with very nice, clean cottages. The continental breakfast really hit the spot. We had a great time and would highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.
