We felt very safe here as a family, and the kids had plenty to keep them busy. The location is fantastic, and after travelling extensively around Australia, we can confidently say Blue Lagoon ranks among the best parks we've stayed at. The park was exceptionally well maintained, clean and tidy compared with many others we've visited. Staff were friendly, patient and understanding, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Their customer service made our few weeks here really enjoyable. We'd highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway.

The reception staff were very friendly, thank you. This was my second stay with friends in a three-bedroom cabin, and everyone was very satisfied. The bathroom and kitchen facilities seemed to have been recently renovated. The only small issue was the living room lighting, which could be brighter and make the space more comfortable. I'd definitely come back with friends for another vacation if I get the chance.

The facilities were fairly standard, but clean and well maintained. The resort really comes to life during holidays, with food vans and a good range of activities. We stayed on a caravan site for a staycation and had a great time. The location is second to none, right on the beachfront and an easy walk from cafes, restaurants and shops. It's a perfect family spot, especially with kids. We'd happily return.

One of my favourite places to holiday, but they need to bring back a proper games room for teenagers and adults, with things like a pool table and car racing. The outdoor play options are very limited for that age group, though they're great for juniors and pre-teens.

This was our second visit, and we'd definitely recommend it. It's a large caravan park with plenty of sites and cabins right on the beach, spacious sites, wide roads and a great pool. There are lots of amenities, though the bistro only opens during busy periods. We also enjoyed spotting a few cute bunnies hopping around.
