Bathurst Studio Apartments

Having a kitchen and BBQ made a real difference for our usual tennis trips to Bathurst, since we didn’t have to eat out all the time. The manager went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and the staff were great. The room was clean and had good amenities, plus laundry facilities. It’s about five minutes from the city centre, McDonalds and KFC. We liked the room size, location and value for money. Check it out!

We paid 2000 for three nights and were really disappointed with Room 202. The carpets were stained, there were cobwebs and dust, and the bathroom had mould. For a family of four, we found only three beds, so someone had to use the terrible sofa bed. Everything else was booked out, so we were stuck there. Clean up and renovate these rooms. People don’t want to stay somewhere this filthy and neglected. Never again.

It was raining and I had nowhere to go while they kept me waiting. I arrived at 2pm and was told the room wasn’t ready, then that check-in would be around 3-4pm. It wasn’t ready until 7pm. I badly needed the toilet, but the staff member said I couldn’t use the bathroom because it was too dirty. Outrageous. I was very unhappy, and the hotel was also very dirty, honestly.

The hotel was acceptable for a three-star place, and I don’t have any other complaints. But the dog beside the parking lot needs to stop barking. I couldn’t even unpack the car without waking up the whole neighbourhood.
