Quest Bella Vista

The beds were comfortable, and the staff and cleaners were lovely, but the cleanliness really fell short for the price. I even used antiseptic wipes and took pictures. The shower floor was stained and looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in years. The table and benchtops were dirty, and the stovetop was worse. The screens and window frames were dirty too. The TV barely worked. The washing machine and dryer were rusty, and things came out of the wash with stuff on them. The dryer itself was filthy. For what they charge, I expected a much cleaner room.

Sunny was especially helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. Sunny called, checked what I meant, and made sure I had great accommodation for the right dates. The booking process and check-in have both been smooth for me as a corporate guest. I keep coming back to Quest Bella Vista. The rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet, and having a washer and dryer matters a lot on my longer stays. They're well equipped, and there are gym and meal options too. The staff are excellent. I can't recommend the place enough.

I had a very good stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. Room service was efficient, everything went well, and the staff were accommodating and fair. The location is quiet, with cafes and supermarkets nearby. There's also a bus route right outside the building to Rouse Hill town centre. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the stay was quiet and restful. Service was helpful too. The only real snag was the television: neither Streamcast nor Free To Air worked, and the person they sent up couldn't get it going. It wasn't a deal breaker, but a working TV would have been nice. Since the bedroom is separate, I also found it odd that there wasn't a smaller TV in there. That seems pretty normal these days. Not a complaint, just an observation.
